Green Trees School was founded in September, 2017 by Afeez Olabisi, MCIArb. and Salako-Olabisi Aminat, Esq, both legal practitioners, to provide a unified educational model with focus on melding secular education, Islamic education and vocational skills acquisition.

The establishment of Green Trees School is premised on our belief that the fusion of Islamic and secular education remains a sterling approach to achieving both robust Islamic education and qualitative secular education for our children.

It cannot be gainsaid that our country typically operates secular educational model, perhaps as a result of our religious pluralism. This suggests a bleak chance of religious upbringing of some of our muslim children (who typically spend more active time in school) for the commendable conventional education however devoid of religious bearing.

We equally thought of the need to introduce educative and fun-filled lifestyles within the recommended limits of Islam which will aid our pupils in their interactions with their peers all over the world as they get integrated into the society.

At Green Trees, we run Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Academic Structures with attention on practical teaching methods as well as imbibing in our pupils, high standard of modesty and other essential moral expectations of every muslim child. 

At Green Trees:

1. We practise Montessorian method for our Early Years category.

2. Our pupils spend impactful time for the memorization of the Holy Qur’an before commencement of substantive school activities while after school Madrasa commences from 1:30pm to 3:30pm from Monday to Thursday, for their Arabic classes.

3. We provide Martial Arts (Taekwondo) training for their self-defence, courage  and confidence.

4.  We offer a combination of Day and Boarding School Services

5. We focus on the essential skills that foster growth in the academic and vocational lanes of every child.
