About Green Trees School
Founded in September 2017 by Afeez Olabisi, MCIArb, and Salako-Olabisi Aminat, Esq., to provide a holistic educational model that integrates secular academics, Islamic values, and vocational skills.
Our mission is a balanced fusion of Islamic and secular education that equips children with knowledge, character, and practical skills to thrive academically, socially, and spiritually. We recognize that conventional secular schooling often leaves limited space for Islamic upbringing, particularly for Muslim children who spend most of their day in school. Green Trees addresses this gap by embedding faith, ethics, and morality into every aspect of learning.
We also emphasize a fun, interactive, and disciplined learning environment in line with Islamic principles, helping pupils cultivate essential life skills while building meaningful relationships with their peers and the wider community.
Our Academic and Developmental Approach
At Green Trees, we run Early Childhood, Primary, and Secondary programs, with a focus on practical teaching methods and moral development. Key features include:
1. Montessori Method for Early Years – nurturing independence, curiosity, and creativity from the start.
2. Qur’an Memorisation and Arabic Studies – pupils dedicate time daily to memorise the Holy Qur’an before lessons. After-school Madrasa runs Monday to Thursday from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm for Arabic classes.
3. Martial Arts Training (Taekwondo) – fostering self-defence skills, courage, and confidence.
4. Flexible Day and Boarding Options – accommodating families’ needs.
5. Holistic Skill Development – equipping pupils with essential academic, vocational, and life skills to prepare them for the future.
At Green Trees School, we are committed to nurturing faith, knowledge, and character, ensuring every child leaves not only academically accomplished but also morally grounded and spiritually enriched.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a balanced fusion of Islamic and secular education, guiding students in both their social and academic journeys. Through our Teacher–Student Partnership model, we aim not only to equip learners for higher educational pursuits but also to empower them with the values and resilience needed to resist social vices as they integrate into society.
Our Vision
At the top of our goals is the establishment of a recognised institution where every graduating student leaves with both a solid Islamic foundation and a high-quality secular education, well-prepared to continue their diverse academic journeys.
